Do I have to create an account to shop on your site?
No, you can shop online without creating an account. However, we encourage you to create an account with us to be part of exclusive offers.
How long does shipping take?
It takes 24 hours to process your order. Once your order has been sent, it will take 1-3 working days to deliver to major areas and 3-5 working days to deliver to outlying areas.
How much does shipping cost?
It costs R100 to deliver anywhere in South Africa. Shipping is free on orders over R1500.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order here.
PLAN IT over coffee makes use of The Courier Guy and Aramex to ship out orders.
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If your item was damaged during shipping please email orders@planitovercoffee.co.za.
My Silhouette machine is faulty, what do I do?
If your machine is faulty please email info@planitovercoffee.co.za stating your problem.
Most issues with the Silhouette machines can be fixed by contacting Silhouette America directly.
Do you offer classes on the Silhouette machines?
Unfortunately not, but we do recommend making use of the Silhouette School Blog. They offer amazing online tutorials, tips and tricks on how to use your Silhouette machine like a pro!
