If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Return requests after this time period will not be accepted.
You may return items provided they are in their original condition and still sealed. You may return your order using your own courier at your own expense. Refunds may include an admin fee of R15. If you would like to exchange an item you will be given a coupon code for the value of the item you returned.
Unfortunately no returns/refunds on sale items.
Used machines may not be returned.
Machines under warranty:
In the event that your Silhouette machine is faulty within the 6-month warranty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your problem.
